As a Sales and Marketing Assistant at chilliapple, I’m at the start of my professional journey, bringing fresh energy and a passion for understanding how businesses connect with their customers. I’m currently completing a Sales and Marketing apprenticeship alongside my role, which allows me to put theory into practice every day, whether I’m responding to new enquiries, qualifying leads, or supporting campaign activity.
I’m gaining hands-on experience across the full sales and marketing mix, from crafting engaging content to understanding what drives customer decisions. I enjoy the blend of creative and commercial thinking the role demands, and I’m constantly building my knowledge of how strategy, data, and communication come together to deliver real results.
Outside of work, I’m a car enthusiast and regular at Brands Hatch, where I take part in track days and explore the world of performance driving. I also have a strong interest in luxury watches, fascinated by the precision engineering and design behind them. That same appreciation for detail, improvement, and craftsmanship influences how I approach my work at chilliapple.
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute, I’m excited to be building a career in sales and marketing at such a forward-thinking agency.

Sophie is leading chilliapple’s commercial team and has 8 years’ experience in the world of tech and digital advertising, working for agencies focused on affiliate marketing and paid media and more recently within a tech start-up.
