Emily Morris Project Executive
It was during my time managing projects at an Education Technology start-up that I developed a broad knowledge and strong interest for developing websites with the end user’s wants and needs in mind. Collaborating across teams to deliver projects on time, on spec and on budget, I also gained a deep understanding of the product development process, the marketing functionalities essential to website architecture and an eye for engaging and intuitive UI and UX. Now being able to work on a huge range of web and app development projects full time at chilliapple where no two projects are the same is hugely rewarding and always keeps me on my toes! I am Professional Scrum Master certified and am excited to now be working towards my Prince 2 and Agile accreditations as it’s important to continually develop and improve and support my clients and internal team better.
I studied Philosophy at the University of Southampton and loved taking part in debates, looking at the bigger picture and asking life’s big questions. I also studied film and loved the mix of creative and technical elements intertwined; one of the things I love most about web and app development. While studying, I also worked as an Event Manager for a student night at one of Southampton’s biggest music venues and as Supervisor on the university bars, so I’m used to juggling many things at once and have a hunger for new knowledge!
Pre- and post-university I took the opportunity to see some more of the world, travelling Australia, South-East Asia and South America, exposing myself to new cultures, people, food and experiences. While living in Columbia and Peru for 6 months I even had the opportunity to teach myself Spanish, which I am still learning back in the UK.

Jade is a member of the Account Management team. She works closely with the rest of the team to identify and deploy tailored solutions to meet the needs of each client. She has a passion for using technology to solve critical business issues.
Commercial Director
Sophie is leading chilliapple’s commercial team and has 8 years’ experience in the world of tech and digital advertising, working for agencies focused on affiliate marketing and paid media and more recently within a tech start-up.
Sales and Marketing Executive
Henry’s ability to blend creativity with analytical acumen ensures a holistic approach to sales and marketing. His positive and strategic approach encompasses his character which delivers both data-driven decision making and engagement to achieve organisational objectives.
Account Executive
Lewis is a member of the Account Management team. He works closely with the rest of the team to provide tailored support for each client. He comes from an extensive marketing background, where data analysis is his best friend.
IT Director
Vipin will handpick your development team and work closely with you and your account manager. He loves everything techy and digital and has your business and your budget needs at heart.
Senior Designer
Spencer has twenty years’ experience encompassing graphic design, web design, print and brand identity. He melds good customer experience with business needs to create an end result that delivers.
