I’ve been working with SME’s for over 20 years and love the excitement of seeing a business grow. As the team and clients increase in number, it is always important to ensure the Company’s core values remain and we do not forget the qualities that made the business special in the first place. It is great to be a part of Chilli Apple’s growth journey.
In my previous roles I have helped businesses scale, working with teams across those organisations to achieve that growth while still ensuring the finances and cashflows of the company remain solid. Prior to Chilli Apple, I helped to grow the revenues of ITEC, a Managed Technology Partner, from £10m to £45m through a combination of acquisition, organic growth and new service offerings. After years of consistent growth and expansion, we sold the business to Xerox in 2020, where I remained as the Managing Director for a further 2 years ensuring the business was fully integrated into the global organisation. My responsibilities within Chilli Apple are to act as an advisor to the Board and the wider business, ensuring strong financial controls are in place and provide the support needed for the Company to continue to succeed and thrive. I have seen the passion and care that the team have for our client’s projects and it is great to be working with such a dedicated team.
