Our Process
Requirements
Tyretick required a modern eCommerce platform that could handle both product sales and service bookings. The key challenge was combining traditional online shopping with real-world logistics such as mobile fitting, appointment scheduling, and location-based services.
Additionally, the system needed to integrate with third-party APIs to automate stock management and simplify the user journey.
Solutions
We designed and developed a WooCommerce solution that seamlessly integrated product purchasing with service booking. Users can search for tyres using either their vehicle registration, tyre size or desired tyre brand. They can then view real-time stock pulled from the Bond International wholesaler API. Once the customer reaches the checkout, they can also choose between delivery or mobile fitting.
We implemented a streamlined checkout process that includes vehicle data capture and appointment scheduling.
Behind the scenes, API integrations ensure accurate stock data, which helps automate manual workflows and ensures minimal manual intervention.
Results
The final result is a scalable, user-friendly eCommerce platform. It simplifies tyre purchasing and fitting for customers.
Tyretick now benefits from a fully automated product catalogue powered by API integrations. It has a seamless booking system for mobile tyre fitting and offers improved UX through smart search and filtering.
