Business Requirements

CommLink is an answering service based in the UK providing 24 hours a day x 7 days a week support to their customers. Established in 1998, they provide a range of services to help boost people’s business including message-taking, response handling, order-taking, and so much more. As the third fastest-growing answering business in the UK, CommLink needed a new look for its site to give it a sophisticated makeover.

Our Solution

After briefing us their aims of redesigning the site to create an improved and modern look and feel, we worked with the client to rebuild their website from scratch in WordPress using a pre-designed theme template. Their allocated Account Manager worked on finding the best available theme that not only would give the site a new look, but also increase the functionality and ease for their customers.

The Results

The project was delivered to the client on time, on spec and on budget. CommLink now has a new website with an updated look and feel that is on brand, contemporary and easier for their customers to use. With easy navigation, no time is wasted on finding the appropriate page, with customers instead quickly being able to find the right solution for their business needs.
