Take My Calls is a telephone answering service designed to make sure businesses provide a real person for their customers to speak to, even when they cannot answer the call themselves. Offering their services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this well-established company provides a range of personalised services to suit the individual needs of each business and boost performance. With a growing demand for Take My Call’s services, their existing website needed a fresh new look.

Our Solution

We were approached by Take My Calls to assist in the redesign of their existing website, with a key focus on SEO to ensure the website maintained its positive rankings. The first phase was for one of our designers to scope out how the new website design should look and feel, taking into account the client’s objectives. Whilst the design stage was underway, we completed an SEO strategy audit to provide helpful insights into improving the new site. Our Project Manager then ensured efficient and clear communication between the client, the designer, and our SEO team to enable the designs to be completed in a timely manner and executed in line with the client’s expectations.

After completing this initial stage, our development team reviewed the designs and scoped out our plan to bring the site to life.

The new site was built using WordPress for the CMS and WooCommerce for the platform with various plugins to provide additional functionality needed and a new page for news and blogs to boost SEO ranking. Another key improvement was implementing a slider functionality into the site allowing the user to customise their purchase amount in a simplified way.

The Results

The project has delivered all the requirements and Take My Calls now has a new, fresh, modern look. With a focus on customer journeys, navigation of the site has been improved, helping buyers find the right solution for their businesses. To continue supporting the site, we are excited to be in discussion with Take My Calls to look at onboarding them onto our Silver Support package in the near future.
