Business requirements

Quickvit is a family-run physical and online health store based on the Sussex coast offering a vast range of quality branded supplements, organic food and drink and natural beauty products to help you live a healthier lifestyle and feel better. Trading now for over 30 years, their online store , built on Adobe Commerce (Magento), needed various enhancements to improve buyer experience as well as a server migration.

Our solution

An Account Manager worked closely with some of our Adobe/Magento specialist developers to plan the project to ensure Quickvit’s business was not interrupted. The work was managed in Basecamp 3 to ensure feedback and progress were continuously shared between the client and the development team. This ensured that deadlines were met, and hurdles and queries quickly rectified.

We recommended optimizing not just the desktop version of the site but the mobile version where traffic was also growing. We improved banners, graphics and logo alignment. We enhanced text and button displays to ensure consistent spacing and a better user experience. We modified the Customer Reviews section, fixed various product and checkout page errors and optimized the speed of purchase. We tidied up footers, added Trustpilot reviews at checkout, added social media links to the site as well as functionality to allow buyers to amend product quantities. In addition, the site was migrated to a UK Fast server.

The results

Quickvit now have a smoother, easier online store whether their customers buy on desktop or on mobile. The extra features, functionality and brand consistency increases brand trust and sales and optimization will increase natural search traffic. The new server means Quickvit are ready for future growth and have a robust online solution. Another happy customer.
