Kent-based web and app development agency, chilliapple, has been appointed by the global leader in motorcycle and bicycle aftermarket products, Oxford Products, to migrate their online shop to Adobe Commerce.

With chilliapple’s proven credentials in the eCommerce retail sector, the agency partners with Oxford Products to enable the company to scale its online revenue and to enhance its user journey to win new clients and retain existing customers.

Oxford Products is a global motorcycle accessory brand selling in over 90 countries and is the UK’s largest distributor of motorcycle clothing, helmets, accessories, and parts. In addition, it is a global cycle parts and accessory brand and a leading distributor in the UK. Oxford-branded products are designed and developed in-house at their 14,000 sq m, purpose-built headquarters in Oxfordshire. It employs around 160 staff with further ambitious plans for growth.

The primary objectives of the migration include increasing order value and frequency, improving purchase speed and product discovery, delivering a contemporary user experience and ultimately maximising Oxford Products’ online brand presence and competitive edge.

As an Adobe Commerce/ Magento partner since 2008, chilliapple brings a wealth of eCommerce knowledge and expertise in the B2C and B2B retail sector to enable Oxford Products to achieve its website migration ambitions.

Luke James, Head of Creative, at Oxford Products said of the new partnership:

“We are thrilled to announce the partnership with chilliapple for our 2024 website re-development project. Selecting the ideal agency was pivotal as we embark on the journey to relaunch our B2B website on Adobe Commerce. chilliapple’s meticulous approach during our initial discovery and scoping phase showcased their expertise and solidified our decision to collaborate with them. We eagerly anticipate a fruitful collaboration, leveraging both our internal design resources and chilliapple’s invaluable experience with Adobe Commerce.”

chilliapple’s co-founder, Nick Sharps, added:
