  • ChatGPT is my go-to tool. It helps with writing proposals, analysing customer data, or drafting blogs like this one.
  • Microsoft Copilot is integrated across Word, Excel and Teams, making it easy to extract insights from spreadsheets or get meeting summaries directly in your workflow.
  • Google Gemini brings AI into Gmail and Google Docs, and is particularly strong at rephrasing, translating, or summarising. We’ve even built internal AI training platforms (Avatar) with Gemini at the core.
  • Claude (by Anthropic) offers more natural-sounding responses and is great for content-heavy teams.
  • Perplexity is a brilliant research assistant, blending search and chatbot functionality. Unlike traditional AI models, it actively cites sources and gives you quick, verified answers with links to the original material. Ideal for desk research, briefing notes, or competitor insights.

  • Otter.ai is another strong contender, especially for team collaboration and sharing across departments.

Quick win: Start using a meeting transcription tool in your sales or account/customer management teams, you’ll never miss a detail again, and onboarding becomes much easier.

Tool: Zapier

Zapier connects apps like Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Xero and lets you create automated workflows without writing a single line of code.
